Dear Friend of South Jersey Baseball and the Cherry Hill East Cougars Baseball Program:

The Cherry Hill East Cougars Baseball Program is currently seeking financial support. Your support is the key in purchasing such necessary items as: bats, tape, score books, senior gifts, a new batting cage, new uniforms in 2003, and the painting of the backstop in 2004. Most recently, this past fall, we over seeded the infield, painted the dugouts and rebuilt the mound and home plate using professional materials.

Over the past ten seasons, our program has been fortunate enough to participate in such prestigious invitational competitions as the Richmond Virginia Tournament and the 1997,1998,1999,2000,2001, and 2003 Hawaiian Tropic Tournament in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and most recently the West Minster Christian Academy Baseball Classic in Ft. Lauderdale Florida in April 2007. In addition to these nationally recognized events, the Cherry Hill East Cougars also compete perennially in the most selective of local tournaments, The Diamond Classic.

Most recently, the contributions of our generous supporters have led to some major additions to our facilities. Thanks to the fiiends of East Baseball, the Cougars home field is now equipped with home and visitor dugouts, a scoreboard and field irrigation. With future aid we hope to purchase a new fence, a new tractor and field grooming accessories. Each of these endeavors benefits the players and adds to the overall quality of South Jersey Baseball.
